Is partitiivi rule applied to "subjekti + verbi + objekti" for any verb or just for special verbs such as "rakastaa..."?

Question

For example "tuo" is not among those partitiivi verbs (https://uusikielemme.fi/finnish-grammar/grammatical-cases/partitive-verbs-partitiiviverbit-list) so which one is correct?

1) äiti tuo keittiöstä salaattia.
2) äiti tuo keittiöstä salaatti.

With 'tuoda', you can say like this:

1. Äiti tuo keittiöstä salaattia. (Some lettuce / salad in general)
2. Äiti tuo keittiöstä salaatin. (a certain salad /  the lettuce)

With so called partitive verbs, the object is usually in partitive unless there is an idea of a result.

1. Minä käytän tätä hammastahnaa. (I use this tootpaste).
2. Anteeksi, että mä käytin sun hammastahnan loppuun. (Sorry that I used up your toothpaste.)
